Beginner Intermediate Policy-Maker
Individual Effort Mastered cut and paste technology; didn't do much with available information. Definitely learned from the activity.  Shows increased awareness of different points of view, and is able to provide examples to support opinions. Clearly understands the subtleties of the subject.  Is able to discuss different points of view and integrate information from outside sources.
Teamwork Everyone had a say, but it's not apparent that much listening -- or learning -- took place.  It's not clear that the team grasps other points of view except as a "right vs. wrong" issue. These people listened to one another and managed to blend a variety of viewpoints into a coherent position.  Still room for deeper understanding and synthesis. This team managed to bring clarity to a very complex issue, and were able to communicate with other teams in a way that clarified things for everyone.  They also listened well -- to one another and to the other teams.
Final Product Lacks clarity and cohesiveness.  Draft quality rather than final product. A good solid effort.  A little bit of glue showing here and there, but mostly this is a coherent recommendation. This recommendation is  thought-provoking, and creative,  synthesizing  many complex ideas and competing points of view.  Obviously a great deal of energy, effort, and skill was brought to the assignment.
